I’m Michael Kellard, a fourth-generation contractor and the owner of M.A.K. Construction. I started the business in 2014 in Pound Ridge, New York. My work includes new builds, complete kitchen and bathroom renovations as well as custom cabinetry, built-ins, home additions, and barns. I work throughout Westchester County and the Greenwich, Connecticut area.
I enjoy the details that give a home its character—from a custom oak bar to reclaimed barnwood and brick. I’m proud to have been named Best General Contractor by Westchester Magazine in 2020 and 2021.
